疑使用頂新問題牛油　三億食品料理包下架

衛生福利部今天公布頂新製油去年6月21日至今年7月4日自越南進口18批牛油，其中有8項疑似問題牛油產品，有違反食品衛生安全之虞，廠商應辦理預防性下架作業。大林鎮三億食品主動向衛生單位反應，有使用問題牛油，下午嘉義縣衛生局前往稽查並將已製成214包「麻辣牛油」下架，靜待衛福部進一步指示。
 
業者通報向頂新購買「精緻牛油」，每次進貨208公斤，都是1次用完再進貨，製成「麻辣牛油」單項產品。
 
縣衛生局調查，「麻辣牛油」供應餐飲、火鍋小吃店等做火鍋湯頭用，已採取預防性下架作業，並全數回收計214包，目前放置倉庫待銷毀區，將配合政府政策再作進一步處理。
 
三億食品賴經理表示，得知這批牛油有可能是越南進口問題牛油，即主動向衛生單位反應，沒有產品流入市面。
