桌機裝無線網卡用手機上網失敗

之前比電都是透過手機來上網,所以想說讓桌機也能透過手機上網
所以去買了TOTO LINK N500UM 回來安裝後,可以順利連上手機確連不出去網路
家裡另外一台平板和筆電都可以透過手機輕鬆連上網

不知道是無線網卡有問題還是本來就不能連手機上網路
不知有無高手可幫忙解惑
