竊賊吃回頭草　回收廠守株待兔逮人

苗栗縣竹南鎮延平路一家資源回收廠7日凌晨失竊，邱姓竊賊等人偷走市價4萬5千元的銅製粗電線，章姓業者研判竊賊會再「光顧」，徹夜守株待兔，8日凌晨2時許，自監視器畫面發現竊賊的紅色轎車，竟又出現回收廠外，老闆趕緊叫來3名員工，分持棍棒圍捕，2名竊賊挨了一頓棍棒，雙雙被扭送法辦。

警方說，開車的嫌犯邱益興（28歲）可能連偷2夜太累了，在駕駛座上呼呼大睡，跟共犯李宗錡（31歲）疑似等待其他竊嫌，沒有察覺業者駕車前後包抄，扭打過程中，嫌犯不敵被偷業者猛攻，不僅手腳被打傷，連轎車玻璃窗被砸破。警方下午將2嫌依竊盜罪移送法辦。（楊永盛／苗栗報導）
