洋蔥染劣油 將公布退費機制

台北市衛生局追查「北海問題油品」，衛生局前往「天母洋蔥」查察，業者表示，他們是在今年向「美食家食材」購買5,340公斤北海製造的「古早味香豬油」 ，供全臺分店使用，除了信義ATT店10月剛開幕未進貨外，其餘26家分店，都使用於「煙燻鮭魚拌炒飯」產品，及員工自用餐食。而天母洋蔥在今年9月10日起，已經預防性停止使用這款北海豬油原料，改用植物性油品，還剩餘20.7桶「古早味香豬油」，已經委託環保清運公司回收，天母洋蔥也正在研擬，對消費者的退費機制，預計11月14日前，會將退費事宜，公布在官網，北市府會全力協助消費者退費。(照片由台北市衛生局提供)
