國軍醫院檢查是先用驗光機測出你的實際度數,
還會用類似小手電統的東西在兩眼上稍微看一下,　爾後會叫你坐在某個距離的椅

,再來測你的裸視,會叫你先用一個像棒狀的東西遮住一眼,　由護理人員按儀器叫你比方向,　接著再同樣測另一眼.

但是如果在驗光機那關就已經驗出你的兩眼配鏡度數＋散光度數超出規定標準範圍　,就可能叫你直接去眼科做檢查
,,如果你擔心測不過,可以先去一般眼科看,或是到醫院時先驗眼睛,告知你的情況,
