音源線立體聲轉單聲道

我有一台2.4G無線麥克風，透過音源線接到擴大機。
我為了移動裝機位置，去買一條更長的音源線來接用，卻無法發出聲音。
仔細檢查才發現，原來的音源線是3.5mm單音對6.3mm單音，
我後來換的新線材是3.5mm立體聲對6.3mm立體聲。

想請問是否因為這個原因而無法正常發聲?
交叉測試後，2.4G無線麥克風是正常的，換回原來的線就能正常發出聲音。
新線材也是正常的。用手機或cd player去接都能正常放音，
但接上2.4G無線麥克風卻沒反應。

若真是立體聲/單音的問題，也想請問如何解決較好?有辦法將立體聲接頭改成單聲道的嗎?
