紅米note充電慢+電量還下降得很快

我的紅米note大約一星期前充電變很慢,甚至昨天開始1小時才1%現在還幾小時1%都沒有(我用的是原厰充電器和usb。)另外現在電量還下降得很快,昨天我92%的時候關了機,大約二小時候開翻機發現電量從92%去到3%。到底係咩原因請各位幫幫我。
