中華光纖20M網路斷斷續續

最近上網都會偶爾斷個10秒左右,但是都不用裡他自己就會連上,而且是WIFI和數據機都是同時斷網的
有時1天會發生1次有時則是2~3天才發生1次,有洽詢過客服,但它們說這需要他們從送訊號來測試,但這就是沒有固定時間甚至不知道多久會發生這樣可以測得出來??

想請教版上是否有碰到這種狀況呢??這跟我之前用的中華根本不一樣啊
