議員關切辦案未果公文外流引非議

新北市李姓議員辦公室的副主任，日前致電三重警方關切一件竊案偵辦進度，承辦員警回答「偵查不公開」，翌日卻接獲議員辦公室要求查察身分的公文，這份公文外流至臉書社團，今天引起不少網友批評「官威好大，我們好怕」。

李姓議員說，發文查察是為了解承辦員警是否為問題警員，可能是溝通過程有誤會，將進一步了解。三重警方則說，該員接獲報案後即積極偵辦，因為必須遵守偵查不公開規定才發生誤會，但公文流出是事實，仍將予處分。
