北海道自由行行程

小弟打算二月初去北海道五天四夜自由行順路觀看雪祭, 由於怕雪天移旅館麻煩, 故四晚也住在同一札幌旅館, 麻煩大家幫忙看一下行程有沒有什麼問題.

DAY 1 香港→新千歲機場→札幌(雪祭:大通會場)
DAY 2 札幌→登別(伊達村、海洋公園) →札幌(岩澡山夜景/雪祭:薄野會場)
DAY 3 札幌(白之戀人公園) → 小樽半天+晚上雪燈節 →札幌
DAY 4 札幌→函館(朝巿、五淩陵郭、倉庫、元町、函館山夜景)→札幌
打算坐最早0636的JR去函館最晚的1914那班回札幌.
DAY 5 札幌(狸小路商店街,鐘錶臺,電視臺, 北海道大學) →新千歲機場→香港
