SSD AHCI的影響

大家好我最近買了intel 530的SSD
在購買前想說大部分的主機板都有AHCI
結果好死不死，我的主機板不支援
我想請問AHCI的影響很大嗎?

跑出來分數真的明顯偏低
實際使用當然比HDD順
但是之前沒用過其他SSD無法比較
驅動

不知道有沒有其他地方需要改善
我有爬過文
但是這案例太少了
請各位大大賜教
