國防部福利事業管理處長余熙明上午舉行「悠遊福利國軍便利」記者會宣布，為提供更多元便捷服務，全國143處福利站及軍中營站，將全面提供悠遊卡消費服務，這是悠遊卡通路首度拓展至國軍單位。目前持有福利證會員數約60萬人。

余熙明說，國軍福利處去年開始裝設兩輛行動服務車到偏遠據點販賣，今年6月開始在台北6個福利站開賣生鮮，20家福利站販售膠囊冰淇淋，推出宅配服務，也進一步改善更新所有福利站燈光及收銀台，會給大家耳目一新印象。
