htc desire eye無法與電腦連線

如題，我的手機插上usb後會顯示htc sync也可以安裝，但是進入sync顯示"未連接手機"，之前用的手機只要插上電腦就會自動讀取了，但是，在我的電腦裡也找不到我手機的名稱裝置，看網路上說插上usb後，手機可以選擇僅充電或磁碟機，但是我的並沒有，只有usb的網路設定可以選擇，另外我也有點選手機裡設定的開發人員中usb除錯了但是都沒反應，請問不知道是我哪裡設定出了問題，還是電腦的設定呢?但，同一台電腦我用別支手機使用也沒問題…
