iDTGV火車票改票問題求助

我在iDTGV上訂了馬賽往巴黎的火車票(2個人)
手殘把其中一個乘客的名字打錯,又沒有在三天內發現,於是認命的花了12歐元改票

改完票再列印出來後竟然發現兩個乘客的生日都被改掉了(日期還不一樣)
但我根本沒有更改生日,而且我從頭到尾也只有異動一位乘客的姓名,但連另外一位乘客的生日也變掉真的非常詭異
而且如果我要再修正生日,還要再付12歐元

我已經寫信去給iDTGV了,但不知道能否得到處理

有沒有人能給我其他建議?我還能做什麼處理呢?
或是生日這個資訊在搭車時並不重要?我不需要再花錢修正呢?
