三星grand prime無法使用行動電源充電

為了脫離種花電信快死掉的3G信號，於是辦了其他家599吃到飽的方案，手機是三星的grand prime大奇機，有發現一個問題不知道大家有沒有遇到，我用原廠電線加原廠家用旅充或他廠的都可以直接對手機充電，但是一旦接行動電源卻不能充了，換了三四種行動電源都一樣，必須使用不知名充電專用線才能使用，請教各位朋友知道原因嗎？我用過note1,2,3 。 S3,4都沒有這情況，是新款手機有設定跳線嗎？謝謝
