我有時下載BT檔時 (遊戲) 原本是每秒1M再跑

但過了一個晚上後我早上去看變成 50~100 K的速度再跑

有時候我會很順利地都是1M再跑跑到載完

但有時就會掉速掉得很誇張

請問有甚麼解決方法或者是有什麼預防措施之類的嗎 0.0?
