協助救護義行　南市衛生局表揚柳營奇美醫院醫事人員記者李文生／台南報導為表彰柳營奇美醫院譚漢彬、鄭茜文、陳詩樺和曾于容等4位醫護人員義行，17日，台南市政府衛生局長林聖哲於衛生局東興辦公室5樓大禮堂頒發表揚狀公開表揚。市府衛生局表示，13日上午8時許，距離柳奇醫院急診室約100公尺處路口，傳出公車與自小客車擦撞意外，簡姓男子駕駛的自小客車疑因車速過快，撞上公車右後側，公車乘客受到驚嚇，簡某因腳被夾住而無法脫困。當時在醫院的醫護人員譚漢彬、鄭茜文、陳詩樺和曾于容等4位，帶著氧氣瓶，迅速至自小客車旁查看駕駛生命跡象和受傷狀況，確認無立即生命危險、安撫病人情緒後，協助駕駛脫困。 http://ppt.cc/aYXn -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 115.43.219.110 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tainan/M.1418830335.A.6A3.html
