想請問有購買NBA LEAGUE PASS 的前輩們

小弟很愛看NBA 因此希望能隨時看到NBA 的比賽

但是對於NBA LEAGUE PASS 的資訊不足

想請問

1. 購買NBA LEAGUE PASS可以直接用台灣帳號看 (Iphone & apple TV)
不需要跳到甚麼澳洲等設定嗎???
2. 購買時是要用iphone 帳號購買? 還是上網頁購買

不好意思因為不是很懂
也請前輩幫忙提攜
