想請問

Sgmsung GALAXY GRAND G7102

是否有支援4G

當初我到門市辦理'續約升級4G搭配手機

門市小姐推薦這支雙卡機並說明有支援4G

但手機還是只顯示3G

我打電話去反應有的說不支援有的說公司承諾月底前全面開放支援

為何答案不一樣

想請了解的人幫我解答
