目前打算從淡金路二段的中油還有家樂福那附近開始看房,希望可以靠近大路,最好是淡金路

想請教各位,因為有問過同事,說那一帶是蛋黃區,還有說加油站那邊以前有一塊地是墓地

所謂蛋黃區的房價,大約落在哪裡?

墓地,是真的有這回事?那位置大約是哪一塊?

很抱歉,我打算從這邊開始做功課

所以問的問題都很基本,我也是第一次打算要購屋
