自稱黑狗勒索工地被判刑

高姓男子缺錢花用，去年5月7日下午見在新北市樹林區的住處附近一處工地，工人正在吊掛鋼筋，持鎌刀到工地，向兩名工人嗆：「我是黑狗，怎麼沒來拜碼頭，讓我沒利益」、「叫你們老大出來」等，並持鐮刀作勢揮砍，還打破吊掛鋼筋的起重機左後照視鏡，警方獲報趕往逮捕高。警方依恐嚇取財未遂罪送辦。

法官審酌高當庭向被害人鞠躬道歉，判他徒刑4月，得易科罰金。
