illustrator 書籍排版 (和indesign差別)

想了解illustrator作為書籍排版的時候,有一些困難點,希望高手可以解疑惑

如果書籍頁面設定為50頁,那illustrator要如何應付版面數量較為龐大的書籍設計??
(看網路網友可能建議是illustrator做完,在從INDESIGN那邊匯入並設定頁碼,用illustra tor設計,如果50頁雙面的話,檔案就破百了,該怎麼解決這問題)
