(求救)到底該如何成功設定smart lock臉部辨識解鎖？

請問該如何設定smart lock的臉部解鎖功能嗎？試了很多次，還是要輸入pin碼來解鎖。(已移除所有鎖屏相關app)

喚醒螢幕後，會先出現原pin/畫圖形的介面，然後按左下返回鍵。如果臉部辨識成功，就直接滑鎖頭，不必再輸入pin/畫圖來解鎖。如果臉部辨識失敗，就要滑動鎖頭後，再輸入pin/畫圖解鎖。是這個意思嗎？
