對中國曝險壓力測試　嚴重情境國銀損失729億元

金管會今晚公布，國銀對中國壓力測試（即國銀的模擬考）結果，全部過關，資本適足率均高於8%法定水準。其中以最嚴峻情境測試，國銀損失達729億元，資本適足率從平均12.14%下滑0.29個百分點到11.85%，又以承做放款量大、投資債券較多的民營銀行影響較大。
 
所謂的嚴峻情境是指，當中國經濟成長率降為5.5%，不良貸款4%及債券殖利率上升2.5個百分點。若是輕微情境，則國銀損失344億元，資本適足率則下滑0.14個百分點到12%。輕微情境是，大陸經濟成長率為7%，不良貸款2.5%，債券殖利率上升1個百分點。（廖珮君／台北報導）
