政府應宣布禁止在空地蓋住宅

台灣人口老化日益嚴重,預估到2050年台灣人口只剩1800萬
為了後代子孫著想,政府應宣佈所有空地禁止蓋房子,未建之建地只能做為綠地與公共設施之用
房子只能舊址重建或原地都更
如果人口減少還在空地蓋房子就是浪費社會資源與破壞土地,對後世環保生態更是無形殺手
為了千秋萬代著想,不要只顧炒房地產,短視近利只是地主建商得利而已
