幾內亞擴大使用日本抗伊波拉藥物

繼初步試驗成功後，幾內亞政府已授權治療伊波拉的醫療中心，擴大使用日本研發的抗伊波拉病毒實驗性藥物。

在此之前，幾內亞境內感染伊波拉病毒人數於過去一周倍增，與受創最嚴重西非三國（幾內亞、賴比瑞亞和獅子山）感染病例下滑的廣泛趨勢背道而馳。

富士軟片旗下富山化學工業（Toyama Chemical）研發的這種實驗性藥物Avigan，由法國和幾內亞團隊自去年12月中起，在幾內亞南部展開測試。

法國總統歐蘭德（Francois Hollande）辦公室4日表示，測試獲得正面結果，這種藥物似乎能加速病患的康復過程。

幾內亞因應伊波拉疫情協調員凱塔（Sakoba Keita）今天告訴記者：「我們已決定擴大使用這種藥物，只有伊波拉治療中心才能取得，並非一般醫院。」
