開發金股本減肥略縮至1516億元

開發金控（2883）日前執行庫藏股制完畢，買回18萬餘張自家股，決定註銷為龐大股本減肥，預定減資後開發金資本額，將略降至1,516.06億元。

開發金在2014年11月24日董事會決議，自同年11月25日至2015年1月23日買回庫藏股，目的為註銷股本，該次庫藏股制共買回18.88萬餘張股票，減資金額18.88億元，減資比率1.23%。
