就能判斷比率? 從何判斷? 有何依據? 實務案例就一定是 3/7 2/8比?

從民國82年起已明令，不論是交通隊的初步分析研判表，或鑑定委員會的鑑定報告，都不准在研判表或報告書面上，出現百分比的字樣，都僅能以主因ˋ次因作為分辨而已，分攤百分比統一由法院判定，民間所說的百分比，都是保險公司，為爭取自己的利益自己喊出來的，一般民眾跟著被誤導所謂[人云我亦云]。

根本沒有任何法規可供依據，一般人跟著亂喊，一方說2比8ˋ另一方說4比6，5比5，3比7，1比9~~等，法條ˋ法規在哪?

沒有法條作為依據，空喊是沒用的，不是喊口號，跟著喊造勢就會贏!
