今天是228紀念日，台北市長柯文哲一早至228紀念館戶外展示區悼念牆紀念，約8點50分，柯爸柯媽先進入228紀念館參觀，9點一到，台北市長柯文哲與夫人陳佩琪與柯爸柯媽一起走入悼念區，他們先觀看歷史事件的導覽牌，接著到記載228受難者家屬名字的牆上，一眼就找到祖父柯世元的名字，柯爸流淚，柯文哲眼眶、鼻頭泛紅，接著他們到悼念牆，柯文哲親筆寫下愛與和平，繫上白絲帶，接著柯爸情緒激動，頻拿手帕拭淚，接著他們就走入228紀念館參觀。
