　　《魔獸世界》在 6.1 版本新增了新玩具「自拍相機（S.E.L.F.I.E Camera）」，讓玩家可以在遊戲裡四處自拍，除了滿足自拍的慾望之外，遊戲也增加了推特分享功能，玩家登入推特帳號連結主程式後，就可直接上傳自拍照到自己的推特上，自拍相機推出後就讓網路上出現各式各樣的逗趣創作。
　　自拍相機有機會出現愈追隨者任務列表中，玩家也可透過「布靈登 5000 型」機器人所贈送的箱子機率性取得，後續也有機會取得新的鏡頭，將相機進化成「第二代自拍相機」，進化後將可獲得更多的自拍特效，來讓玩家拍攝更多精彩（機車？）的自拍照。
