「只租不賣」住戶反彈　市府記者會換地方

台北市長柯文哲力推只租不賣的公共住宅，遭遇住戶大反彈。
 
今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，北市府鎖定捷運聯合開發住宅，做為公共住宅的主力。消息曝光後，各地住戶、建商跳腳，給了市府相當大的壓力。
 
柯市府幕僚透露，因管委會及住戶抗議，原訂明天舉行的首波聯開宅記者會，地點將從戶數較多的台北橋站，改到住戶較少的龍山寺站。
 
台北橋站的冠德美麗台北大廈管委會表示，當地並非全部公宅，另公設屬住戶財產，基於隱私不願曝光。管委會贊成市府照顧弱勢及青年，但既有住戶權益也必須兼顧。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
