丙烯外洩延遲通報中油突改口

中油大林廠11號傳出丙烯外洩的事件，但卻10號就發現不明氣體外洩，11號才通報高層和政府單位，遭到立委痛批是去年高雄氣爆的翻版。中油副總經理陳明輝16號下午對外改口表示，其實10號是氮氣外洩，所以依照規定不用通報，隔天的丙烯外洩雖然有依法通報，但仍然晚了6分鐘。

立委管碧玲痛批，早上中油接受立委質詢時，卻無法馬上回答問題，要一直到休息時間才搞清楚。立委趙天麟則指出，事實就是10號發生問題後，管線持續的送氣，而氮氣變成丙烯一直到民眾報案，才往上通報，中油卻在國會殿堂公然說謊，後面的責任會持續追究。
