紐約州3月製造業指數小幅下降至6.9，2月為7.8。

接受MarketWatch調查的分析師平均預估，紐約州3月製造業指數為8.5。

該指數高於零，代表情況改善。接受紐約Fed調查的製造商報告指出，自10月以來的溫和改善情況依舊持續。

3月新訂單指數下降至負值，顯示訂單下降，交貨亦轉弱。

另一方面，3月就業指數強勁上升。

3月的六個月展望指數僅小幅上升至30.7，該指數於2月大幅下降至2年低點26。
