克里米亞危機時俄曾想升高核武備戰

俄國國營電視台15日播出克里米亞半島脫離烏克蘭公投一周年紀錄片，俄國總統普亭在紀錄片中透露，在去年克里米亞半島局勢緊張期間，俄國準備升高核武的備戰層級，進入警戒狀態。

普亭的說法，凸顯烏克蘭總統亞努科維奇去年2月被推翻後，俄國提高警戒的層級有多高。俄國在去年3月19日兼併克里米亞半島。

普亭談到核武備戰狀況時說：「我們準備這樣做，克里米亞是我們歷史上的領土。俄國人住在那兒，他們有危險。我們不能拋棄他們。」
