機車與汽車(1年內新車)在宜蘭發生車禍(事發在十字路口，汽車大路機車小路，無紅綠燈但有行車紀錄，汽車右前保桿撞到機車，機車騎士有受傷自行就醫，汽車駕駛無受傷)，警察作筆錄時說依路權看，機車失誤佔大部分，汽車要求在台南(汽車駕駛台南人)修車，現想請問:
1.機車騎士是否可要求在認識的車廠修車?
2.一年內新車無第3責任險是否一定要進原廠維修?
3.機車騎士是否可以要求在花蓮原廠維修?
4.若汽車駕駛同意在花蓮修車，那從嘉義到花蓮的車資(油錢)誰付?
