Win 7固定IP

筆電連分享器原本是流動IP可是常常不穩，後來我聽說固定IP會比較好所以我就查了一下設定的方法，設定完後確實有好一些，不過常常會突然不能連到網際網路，請問該如何正確設定或解決這個問題呢？

有試著調回流動IP但是沒辦法連線，希望也幫忙解答一下
