清晨聞雷聲，會是「及時雨」嗎？

今天清晨6點50分左右，北部地區聽到幾聲雷響。氣象局表示，東北季風增強、華南潮濕雲雨帶移入，今起一連3天天氣不穩定，降雨情況明顯，「下雨時間滿長的」。

主要降雨範圍集中在中部以北，局部地區尤其是山區，雨勢會特別大，提醒民眾外出記得攜帶雨具。但對於旱象有沒有可能紓解，恐怕得碰碰運氣。如果雨沒下在集水區，就算下再多，只怕也是浪費。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
