尋找可以增高防摔靴的方法

我也163而且不到60公斤，
現在騎GSX-R1000，
停紅燈一樣只能單腳駐地居多，
只有完全平坦的地面我才能雙腳各四分之一觸地...，
老實說是有點吃力但我卻樂在其中，
有同事建議我降車高但我個人是不太願意，
防摔靴其實都沒有很厚，
真的不行的話也許可以加鞋墊進去？
