16歲考照？教長：先處理大眾運輸

交通部有意降低機車考照年齡，從現制的18歲降至16歲。教育部長吳思華表示，近日將邀高中職學校研商，他認為如果大眾運輸系統可以解決學生上下學交通問題，不一定要騎機車；但不同縣市地區的狀況不同，要聽高中職學校的想法後，再回復給交通部。
