浮洲合宜宅遭質疑新北盼中央回應

新北市政府工務局今天表示，浮洲合宜住宅施工品質遭外界質疑，市府函請營建署及建商回應及妥善處理，以減少爭議。

工務局表示，板橋浮洲合宜住宅為內政部營建署主辦的工程案，承包建商為日勝生活科技公司，但卻遭媒體報導施工品質不良，還有地磚空心、天花板有破洞等情形。

工務局指出，浮洲合宜住宅是營建署辦理招標案，由日勝生活科技公司得標並負責規劃、設計、興建及監造等工作；營建署另委託台億建築經理公司負責履約管理。

工務局表示，對於承購戶反映的問題，市府將函請營建署與建商妥善處理，以回應民意。
