標題[閒聊] 地上權建案會不會拉低周遭房價?

昨天去看五甲永信地上權建案.. 代銷說~現在政府規定500坪土地不能賣~只能招標讓建商蓋地上權住宅 例如75重劃區的地有15公頃 9公頃建地 5公頃公園~1公頃道路 由於是台糖和國防部的地~因此大概也不能出售~ 所以才會有75期會蓋5000戶地上權案的傳聞.. 像這種狀況~75期有公園 有雙軌 有學區~離金鑽凱旋夜市 夢時代都近 未來205遷走前景可期~但若整個重劃區都是地上權案.. 那價格幾乎只會維持在1字頭左右~ 甚至不能跟農16類比.. 漲不上去就不會叫豪宅區了~ 請問大家怎看? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 210.68.229.30 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1429835227.A.621.html ※ 編輯: motorolla (210.68.229.30), 04/24/2015 08:28:07
