自住沒差的意思

買了這個東西不管跌會升值 ! 他永遠沒有要賣了!

不管沒價值也好! 或升到幾億他就是要自己住

他就是要花這個錢!! 買這個東西應該不難懂吧!

不要扯到貸款貸不出錢要賣掉之類............

就好像老一輩的思想我住在這就永遠想要在這! 這個意思吧!

不管政府要拿多少錢要叫他搬走他也不願意 (這新聞上常常看到住久了就會有感情吧!)

PS:

我知道一定會有人說，今年1000萬買來自住，過了2年跌到800萬，
如果今年沒買，過了2年後才買，就可以省200萬，怎麼會說"自住沒差"？

有這樣想法就是會貪財 ! 這就不是自住沒差....
