中市大甲警分局黃姓員警執行媽祖遶境護神轎勤務，毆打搶轎民眾，大甲警分局以執勤過當，決議處分申誡2次。

大甲鎮瀾宮媽祖遶境，鑾轎在26日清晨2時許在台中清水區中山路時，楊姓男子及洪姓男子等人搶轎，與護轎的大甲警分局黃姓員警發生衝突，多人一路追打並掛彩。

大甲警分局今天召開專案考績會議，以黃姓員警執勤過當毆打民眾，言行失檢，決議加重處分申誡2次。
