升級8.3後，只要登入ID就會出現白蘋果...

不知道有沒有大大遇到這種問題
Ipad2 ios8.3
每次只要登入Apple id時就會出現白蘋果問題（讀取後白蘋果就會不見）
之前的版本5或7 都只是出現四個選項小視窗而已，按掉即可
現在很麻煩，都會出現白蘋果讀取畫面
這是bug?還是新的系統認證方式？
重置，重置設定，重開，問題依舊
求高手大大們的詳解
