為什麼每次使用外接螢幕解析度都要重新設定

一個月前如手MacBook Pro 開心使用
因為第一次使用MAC , 裝了虛擬軟體安裝win7
每次使用外接螢幕又在win7環境的時候
外接螢幕都跑640*480
設定完後重新插拔一次又跑回640 480
可以有前輩教導一下嗎
