遭移送特偵組李述德：依法行政

台北市政府廉政委員會今天建議，將大巨蛋簽約的當事人包括時任台北市長馬英九及財政局長李述德移送特偵組，台灣證券交易所董事長李述德說，當時一切依法行政。

李述德今天到高雄參加上市公司家族聯誼會，不願對大巨蛋案多做回應。

不過，李述德昨天已針對大巨蛋案發表聲明指出，當年北市府與遠雄曾激烈爭執議約資格，前市長馬英九與他本人絕未涉圖利遠雄，「廉政會不要政治辦案，自甘充當台北市長柯文哲的政治打手」。
