營養滿分的地瓜，一直是深受大家喜愛的平民食材，無論是炸的、烤的，還是煮湯都很美味。但不同料理就得切成不同形狀，你知道嗎？
將要煮的地瓜用菜瓜布刷洗乾淨，可連皮一起烹調、食用；沒用到的要保持乾燥保存起來。
用刨刀去皮，若擔心瓜體黏液滑手，可戴上手套處理。
地瓜除了整條蒸、烤或做成蜜地瓜，通常會切塊煮湯、切絲煮成地瓜稀飯，或切片做成粉蒸肉、裹粉油炸等料理。
