監委高鳳仙被指「干預司法」，遭民進黨立法院黨團認為不適任。高鳳仙今天發出新聞稿澄清。

民主進步黨立法院黨團日前指出，將封殺總統馬英九提名的7名「馬隊友」監察委員被提名人，高鳳仙也被點名；民進黨團引用壹週刊報導，認為高鳳仙在李宗瑞案干預調查。

高鳳仙今天透過新聞稿指出，監察院僅有一次發函檢方調卷，函文明載「偵結後」調卷，並非偵查中調卷，而且註明調閱卷宗「影本」，所以並無干預檢方辦案；檢方於案件偵結後，已將卷宗影本檢送監察院。本案未於偵查中約詢被告。

高鳳仙說，當初壹週刊報導，監察院發出澄清稿後，壹週刊向她承認報導內容有誤。她說，壹週刊記者發簡訊並親至監院表達歉意，並肯定她對婦幼議題的關懷；之後，壹週刊也有再報導她關懷弱勢。

高鳳仙指出，李宗瑞性侵案於一審判決有罪後，她在今年5月間提出調查報告，檢方及警方均有辦案違失，並都表示願意檢討改進。

標題[問題] 日本賞楓遇到三連休的問題
