台北地檢署偵辦桃園八德合宜住宅弊案，遠雄集團總裁趙藤雄，涉嫌行賄桃園縣前副縣長葉世文，前台北科技大學教授蔡仁惠涉當白手套，另包括遠雄集團副總魏春雄，4人目前均遭羈押。檢方和廉政署偵辦時發現，葉世文幾乎貪得無厭，趙藤雄坦承行賄葉世文1600萬，但葉世文愈要愈多，林口A7案先收賄600萬，八德合宜住宅一開口就要2600萬。

檢廉調查小組發現，葉世文索賄事跡不少，而且幾乎都是主動索賄，甚至還要求指定現鈔、馬上就要。但檢廉監控葉世文3年期間，去年底發現他向桃園縣政府申請4萬元的租屋補貼金，原本他都每天通勤台北、桃園，今年初卻租下有「桃園帝寶」之稱的大吾疆社區的百坪豪宅當宿舍。

檢方和廉政署監控趙藤雄2年，偵辦人員表示，要不是趙藤雄凡是幾乎親力親為、事必躬親，中間少了防火牆，讓他們逮個正著，否則還真不容易查到趙藤雄行賄和滅證的事跡。就是因為他涉入太深，反而中間沒有防火牆保護，讓檢廉可以當場逮個正著。行賄葉世文1600萬，也都是他幾番親自議價才同意給付，完全不避諱和葉世文等人往來。

檢調發現，趙藤雄坦承行賄葉世文1600萬，但葉世文愈要愈多，林口A7案先收賄600萬，八德合宜住宅一開口就要2600萬。只是葉世文先拿了前金1600萬，卻還來不及逍遙就被逮。根據《中國時報》報導，蔡仁惠供稱，年初他和趙、葉3人人相約在「馥園」餐廳，葉直接開口問趙「八德合宜宅，要不要？」並直接喊價「26」，意指2600萬，趙藤雄爽快答應。

只是趙藤雄雖沒討價還價，但事後抱怨葉世文獅子大開口，但仍信守承諾給錢；葉世文則頻頻催促蔡仁惠「該給我的要給了吧！就先一六。」

財政部表示，各稅捐稽徵機關都積極掌握軍公教人員欠繳稅捐情形，除依法就相當於應納稅捐數額的財產通知有關機關，不得移轉或設定他項權利外；欠稅達限制出境金額標準者，函請限制出境，並於移送強制執行時，特別提示優先執行。

財政部說，加強清理軍公教人員欠稅，首先造清冊，切實掌握稅捐保全及移送執行時效，並控管後續辦理情形；欠稅移送強制執行時，於移送書特別註記「納稅義務人具軍公教或國營事業人員身分，建議優先執行」，提示行政執行機關加速辦理。

移送行政執行後，定期產製軍公教人員欠稅清冊供行政執行機關參考運用，儘速就欠稅案件依法強制執行；並定期查對軍公教人員扣薪執行情形，控管扣薪機關有無如期扣薪並交付收取。

財政部強調，為維護公平正義，各稅捐稽徵機關對於欠稅積極加強清理，並配合行政執行機關運用法律所賦予的各種機制徵收欠稅。 1030605

歡歡6月1日燒炭自殺身亡，家人昨晚在台中市生命禮儀管理所舉辦法會。警方懷疑歡歡第一時間想聯繫圈外男友不可得，心情沮喪選擇輕生。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，警方表示，歡歡輕生前，曾告知母親將和住台北的男友一起喝酒替他慶生，希望家人別打擾，讓她睡到自然醒。警方懷疑歡歡疑似脆弱時需要人陪，卻找不到男友，情緒過不去才輕生。檢方已查扣歡歡手機，將調查她生前最後一通電話是否打給男友，以便釐清死因。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
