新竹市一名61歲王姓婦人，今天清晨6時，從自家頂樓曬衣間一躍而下，消防救護人員到場後，王婦已無呼吸心跳，當場不治，家屬聞訊沉默不語，並跟警方表示，媽媽有多年憂鬱病史，前10天才剛出院，沒想到就發生憾事。
 
王婦家屬說，今天早上6點，聽見巨大聲響，出門一看發現媽媽墜樓，緊急通報救護人員，但還是來不及。王婦家屬難過的說：「媽媽因為患有憂鬱症，家中的窗戶都還特別安裝鐵窗防止意外，但5樓為了曬衣通風，因此沒有安裝鐵窗，沒想到媽媽竟爬上頂樓曬衣間尋短。」（黃羿馨／新竹報導）

今(21)天早上出門時，感覺比昨天涼。根據中央氣象局表示，今天上午北部受到低雲影響，會有偶爾飄雨現象，但下午起，東北季風逐漸增強，北台灣的溫度會轉稍涼。

氣象局指出。今天上午北部地區受到低雲影響，偶爾有飄雨的現象，但大多時間各地還是可以維持多雲到晴的天氣，但跟昨天相比雲量會逐漸增加，預測北台灣的最高溫會比昨天略降4、5度，約24到26度，感受上就不像前幾天那麼悶熱；下午起，東北季風逐漸增強，北台灣的溫度會稍轉涼，中南部的溫度則跟昨天類似，大致上都還是有27至29度，還是稍微悶熱一點。

在天氣方面，氣象局表示，逐漸轉為東北季風影響的天氣型態，因此迎風面的北部及東半部有局部短暫雨，中南部則維持多雲到晴的天氣。

明天開始天氣轉涼，氣象局表示，明天東北季風增強，北部、東北部天氣轉涼，預測最高溫只有20度左右，花東約22到24度，中南部約從25到28度，各地最低溫約從17到20度；迎風面的北部及東半部地區較易有局部短暫雨，感受上稍微偏濕涼，中南部為多雲到晴。

另外，氣象局提醒，今天金門、馬祖及台灣中部以北地區仍容易有局部霧或低雲影響能見度，交通往返請留意航班資訊並注意安全。氣象局還發布了「濃霧特報」，今天清晨澎湖、金門、馬祖及西半部地區容易有局部霧發生，目前馬祖有濃霧發生，能見度不足200公尺，請注意。

根據行政院環保署空氣品質預報資訊，今天西部地區PM2.5指標為中至高等級，氣象局也提醒，敏感族群請減少出門，外出請戴口罩。

大陸擅劃設海峽中線M503航線，引發台灣國安與飛安爭議，陸委會主委夏立言昨日於立法院接受質詢時證實，陸方將於3月29日正式啟用M503航線。對此，民進黨立委管碧玲隨即發表新聞稿譴責陸委會，陸方從15日試飛到啟用僅花14天，對照過去民航局對我新航路飛測到啟用大約兩個月的時間，台灣與大陸的談判究竟爭取到什麼？台聯黨主席黃昆輝則批評，馬英九總統最自豪的兩岸政策，事實上，只有一味接受中共的進逼，馬政府完全沒有招架的能力。

夏立言昨日首度證實，陸方將於329啟用M503航線。夏立言指出，台灣經過這麼一段時間與陸方協商，陸方已經按照國際公約的規定，跟台灣協商作了很多調整，在這種情況下，政府看到航安已不是問題，空安的問題也能解決掌握，所以基於兩岸關係正面發展，政府可以接受陸方的作法。

陸委會也指出，陸方確實有盡快啟用M503航路的國際壓力，考量兩岸良性互動，以及台灣應共同維護區域飛航安全之國際責任，但政府仍將堅持，並持續關注相關航路之執行動態及掌握並監控相關飛航情況，確保台灣空防安全及民眾安全與福祉。

而對於大陸片面決定於29日啟動M503航道一事黃昆輝痛斥大陸霸王硬上弓，馬總統的軟腳蝦態度才是大陸侵門踏戶、軟土深掘的主要原因。黃昆輝說，馬最自豪說自己的「兩岸」政策帶來了溝通管道，事實上，在馬總統主政下的「兩岸」政策，只有一味接受中共的進逼，馬政府完全沒有招架的能力。

Sony Mobile to reach revised smartphone shipment target for fiscal 2014, say Taiwan makers

Sony Mobile Communications saw its smartphone shipments increase 20.2% sequentially to 11.9 million units in the fourth quarter of 2014, bringing combined shipments for the first three quarters of its fiscal 2014 (April 2014-March 2015) to 31.2 million units, according to company data.

Sony Mobile is expected to ship over eight million smartphones in the first calendar quarter of 2015, allowing the vendor to reach its revised shipment target of 39.2 million units for its fiscal 2014, according to estimates by Taiwan-based handset component suppliers.

Regarding sales performance, Sony Mobile saw its revenues gain 28.7% on quarter to JPY429 billion (US$3.555 billion) and its operating profits rise 47.6% to JPY9.3 billion in the fourth quarter of 2014. However, Sony Mobile still posted net losses of JPY165.5 billion in the first three quarters of fiscal 2014.

Sony Mobile's total revenues for fiscal 2014 are expected to reach JPY1.3 trillion, accounting for 16% of total revenues of the Sony Group in the fiscal year, according to the company.
